Coursen to oversee development and performance of the Company’s portfolio of operating companies and real estate assets

HAVERFORD, PA - May 18, 2007 - GPX Enterprises, L.P. ("GPX" or the "Company") proudly announces it has appointed Jeff Coursen as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. GPX is a private investment firm, focused on the sponsorship, development and management of selected private equity investments.
